Sending policy

 

Orders will be sent by Correos (Spain), La Poste (France) Nacex or SEUR, depending on the delivery address.

 
The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and its destination, for orders of over € 250 we will give you the shipping costs.
 
An order is delivered within 5 working days from the moment it leaves our warehouses; except for orders sent to islands or towns far away from important cities, for which the time of delivery may reach 7 working days.
 
If you are not in the destination address at the delivery time, our carrier will leave you a notice and will contact you afterwards to make an appointment to deliver your order. At the delivery time, if you clearly notice that the product is faulty or that it has been damaged during its transport without the need of handling the packaging nor the product itself, you must write it down on the receipt and notify Motosprint Motracar, S.A. (by fax to +376 722 356 or by email to info@motosprint-shop.com) within the 48 hours following the order’s reception. This will allow the product(s) return and its replacement for a new one or its refund.
 
No shipments are made to Ceuta and Melilla.
