Return and exchange policies
www.motosprint-shop.com wants to be close to you in your purchases. That is why, we offer you the possibility to exchange the acquired product(s), eihter if it is due to a mistake or just because you don’t like it/them.
There are generally two return causes for orders or products:
1. Revocation right:
www.motosprint-shop.com offers you the possibility of order revocation within a period of five days starting from the reception date, by sending a previous notification to www.motosprint-shop.com Motracar, S.A. (either via fax to +376 722 356 or via email to rma@motosprint-shop.com), asking for the product return and providing the reason for the return. Motosprint will answer using the same communication channel used by the client to accept the return with an RMA number that gives authorization to the return/exchange. The supplied product must return with all its original packaging; otherwise, www.motosprint-shop.com reserves the right to accept the return.
2. Return due to faulty product, damages caused during its transport or dispatch error:
If at the time of the delivery, it is clearly appreciaded, without the need of handling neither the packaging nor the product itself, that a product has been damaged during its transport or that the product is faulty or that there is a mistake in the received goods, the client has to notify www.motosprint-shop.com Motracar, S.A. (either via fax to +376 722 356 or via email to rma@motosprint-shop.com) within 48 hours from the reception date. This will allow the client to return the product(s), which will be exchanged or refunded.
