These are the general terms and conditions that regulate the product acquisition that Motracar, S.A. (from now on www.motosprint-shop.com) offers on this website. The products offered are related to equipment for motorcycles and motorcyclists.
 
If a user follows all of the steps to purchase a product on www.motosprint-shop.com, it means that the user agrees with all general purchase conditions that appear on the website.
 
In case a condition is missing, it will be considered as regulated by in force customs and usages in online shopping following the professional code rules of the Online Shopping Association and the trade laws in force in the Principality of Andorra.
 
 
1.    OBJECT
 
The object of the current purchase general terms and conditions is the supply by www.motosprint-shop.com of the products offered through its website, in exchange for an economic provision.
 
2.    ENFORCEMENT
 
A customer agrees these terms and conditions from the moment s(he) sends the application form properly filled in.
 
3.    SIGNATURE AND PROOF OF ORDER
 
A client that does not have a customer number will have to follow an inscription procedure that will allow him/her to obtain his/her customer number.
 
This number is strictly personal.
 
Both the online indication of the credit card number and the order’s final validation will be considered as proofs of the order compliantly to the legislation and will enable  www.motosprint-shop.com to demand the amount stated in the order.
 
This validation functions as a signature and as an acceptation of all operations performed on this website.
 
 
4.    ORDER’S RECEPTION, PRICE AND PAYMENT
 
Each product’s price will be clearly set on this website. The price and conditions of the offered products can vary but, in any case, price and conditions existing at the moment of the order will be applied.
 
www.motosprint-shop.com reserves the right to charge the order from the moment of its reception.
 
The valid period for revoking an order finishes at noon (local time in Andorra) and must be done within the 5 working days that follow an order’s acceptation, which is when the purchase is considered to be closed.
 
During the revokation time, the client can cancel his/her order without any additional cost. In case the order is cancelled after these days and time and if the parcel has already been shipped, www.motosprint-shop.com will charge the client with the postage and packing. In some cases www.motosprint-shop.com may require the payment is made by bank transfer as all the costs of such transfer by the issuer of the same.
 
A user that wants to buy any www.motosprint-shop.com product, will have to pay for it either by electronic payment or by bank transfer in favour of www.motosprint-shop.com. In some cases, www.motosprint-shop.com can demand the payment to be done by bank transfer.

This is only appliable to sales performed in any other country than Andorra or EU countries that have the Euro as currency.
 
 
For shipments to the European Economic Community and to the rest of the world, our prices include all valid taxes corresponding to the legislation in force in Andorra. For shipments to the countries of the European Economic Community  and to the rest of the world, you may also have to pay local taxes plus a small import tax percentage to the carrier at the parcel’s delivery. www.motosprint-shop.com will process an order only if the items are available. In case a product is not available, www.motosprint-shop.com commits itself to inform the client as soon as possible.
 
www.motosprint-shop.com commits itself to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible.
 
The average delivery time for available articles is approximately 2 weeks.
 
Orders will be delivered at the address indicated by the client at the moment of the order.
 
Goods are delivered by Correos (Spain), La Poste (France) and Nacex: in this case, the customer will receive a message informing of the parcel's arrival in an approximate period of two weeks. The maximum storage period in a Correo’s office is 15 days; after this period the parcel will be given back to www.motosprint-shop.com installations.
 
To follow a current order, users can phone the Customer Service at +376 720 420, from Monday to Friday from 10 until 18.
 
All products offered by www.motosprint-shop.com are guaranteed by each manufacturer’s guarantee. However, www.motosprint-shop.com commits itself to repair for free, replace or assume the corresponding payment in case any of the products has a flaw. In such cases, all devolution costs and postage and packing for the product (a new one or a repaired one) will be assumed by www.motosprint-shop.com.
 
A customer must inform www.motosprint-shop.com via an email to rma@motosprint-shop.com stating that s(he) wants to return the product. Afterwards, www.motosprint-shop.com will validate the return by organizing its transport in the most suitable way. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay for all additional costs caused by the return.
 
www.motosprint-shop.com  is not responsible for any typographical error in descriptions and / or prices.
 
5.    POSTAGE AND PACKING/TRANSPORT
 
Postage and packing appear on the website, specifically on the shopping cart, before making the purchase. In some cases, when the purchase is over 250€, www.motosprint-shop.com offers this service to the client FOR FREE.
 
Once the payment has been correctly made, www.motosprint-shop.com will deliver the product by any of the following carriers: Correos (Spain), La Poste (France) or Nacex.
 
 
A buyer commits himself/herself to be at home, either s(he) or someone in his/her name, in order to receive the parcel. If the person is not at home the first time, the carrier chosen by www.motosprint-shop.com will insist for several times. In case the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The customer will get back the payment minus the postage and packing and the return costs.
 
6.    INVOICE/RECEIPT
 
If the product(s) have been purchased by the end consumer, the corresponding receipt will be issued. In case a firm has made the purchase, the corresponding invoice will be issued. In both cases, the document will show the taxes applied in Andorra (IMI) plus the postage and packing.
 
Both the receipt and the invoice will be shipped together with the parcel.
 
7.    RETURNS
 
A buyer has the right to return a parcel or exchange it within 5 days since the order's reception. The product must be in perfect condition an unused.
 
In return cases, the buyer commits himself/herself to inform us via email to rma@motosprint-shop.com of the return, so that we can organize the best return transport. Otherwise, the consumer will assume all return additional costs.
 
In the following situations:
 
  • The size of the product is wrong,
  • The product is faulty or has been damaged during the sending,
 
  • We have sent a wrong product ,
 
www.motosprint-shop.com will assume both the return costs and the postage and packing for the new product. The product will be immediately repaired or exchanged, pursuant to each producer’s guarantee.
 
For all situations not stated above, www.motosprint-shop.com will not assume the additional costs caused by the return, but the client will.
 
 
8.    www.motosprint-shop.com AND BUYER DUTIES
 
www.motosprint-shop.com commits itself to offer the user all needed information relative to the products it offers and to the orders.
 
A buyer commits himself/herself to fill in the order application form following the instructions specified by www.motosprint-shop.com. www.motosprint-shop.com will protect all personal data compliantly to Andorra’s legislation. For further information, click here.
 
A buyer also commits himself/herself to pay for the product’s price plus the corresponding taxes and postage and packing.
